We are looking for a Real Estate Photographer to join our team and capture high-quality visuals that showcase properties at their best. This role requires a hands-on professional with experience in real estate photography, strong technical skills, and an eye for composition, lighting, and detail. The ideal candidate should be skilled in both interior and exterior property photography, editing, and visual storytelling to create compelling marketing materials. Key Responsibilities:

Real Estate Photography & Editing

• Capture high-resolution images of residential and commercial properties for marketing and sales purposes.
• Execute interior, exterior, and aerial (drone) photography to highlight property features and space.
• Edit and retouch images using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and HDR techniques for a professional look.
• Ensure accurate color correction, exposure adjustments, and perspective alignment to showcase properties realistically.
  

Technical & Equipment Management

• Operate and maintain DSLR/mirrorless cameras, wide-angle lenses, and lighting equipment.
• Use tripods, gimbals, and drones for high-quality, stable shots and aerial perspectives.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate photography with a strong portfolio of property images.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and real estate-specific editing techniques.
• Knowledge of HDR photography, exposure blending, and perspective correction.
• Experience with aerial/drone photography (licensed drone operator is a plus).
• Strong understanding of interior and architectural composition, lighting, and staging.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple shoots per day.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Own professional photography gear and reliable transportation for on-site shoots.
  

Salary Range and Benefits:

• Salary Range: 3,500 AED – 4,500 AED (based on experience and skills).
• We provide medical insurance as per UAE law, visa sponsorship, training, support, and additional benefits (subject to the applicant).

Work Arrangement:

This is a full-time, on-site position with no remote or hybrid work options. Candidates must be available to work from the designated location.
