Performance Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our paid marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Execution
Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid platforms.
Plan and manage budgets to meet performance goals while maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).
Create compelling ad creatives and landing page briefs in collaboration with the content and design teams.
Monitor campaign KPIs daily and adjust strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.
Analytics & Reporting
Set up, track, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform dashboards.
Analyze data and A/B test performance to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates (CVR), and cost per acquisition (CPA).
Deliver weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
Collaboration & Growth
Work closely with sales, content, product, and design teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall business objectives.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in paid media and digital growth.
Propose new channels, tools, and strategies to test and expand our marketing efforts.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager, Paid Media Specialist, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of performance channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok Ads, etc.) and how to scale them.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, and Excel.
Ability to build and interpret data-driven reports and dashboards.
Strong copywriting skills and creative thinking for ad content and messaging.
Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Salary Range and Benefits:
Salary Range: 6,000 AED – 8,000 AED (based on experience and qualifications).
We provide medical insurance as per UAE law, visa sponsorship, ongoing training, and additional benefits based on the applicant's profile.
Work Arrangement:
This is a full-time, on-site position with no remote or hybrid work options. Candidates must be available to work from the designated location.
