MarTech & Performance Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a MarTech and Performance Marketing Specialist to develop and maintain high-performance marketing technology systems that power our digital campaigns, automation, and performance tracking. This role is for a tech-savvy marketer with deep SEO expertise, automation capabilities, and a passion for optimizing full-stack marketing infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
Website Management and Development
- Build and manage WordPress websites using theme templates and custom configurations.
- Optimize and maintain plugins for caching, security, and utility performance.
- Configure DNS settings including A records, CNAMEs, MX records, and zone files.
- Migrate websites between hosting environments using PHP and MySQL.
- Develop conversion-focused landing pages using clean UX and UI principles.
SEO and Content Architecture
- Execute on-page SEO: structure, metadata, schema markup, speed, and indexing.
- Manage URL hierarchies, content structures, and site health across domains.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to inform optimization.
- Apply SEO changes directly within CMS environments.
- Ensure all content funnels adhere to best-in-class SEO standards.
Automation, APIs, and AI Systems
- Operate WhatsApp automation via Respond.io or similar tools.
- Build automated workflows using n8n, Zapier, and similar platforms.
- Implement and maintain CRM, analytics, and web API integrations.
- Deploy LLM-powered workflows and agent-based AI automation.
- Maintain detailed documentation for all system integrations and logic.
Performance Execution
- Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns and conversion tracking.
- Configure GA4, attribution models, and event-based reporting.
- Deliver performance insights through technical reporting.
- Support marketing campaigns with robust tracking and infrastructure.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in MarTech, web development, or technical marketing.
- Portfolio showcasing websites, landing pages, and automation systems.
- Expertise in technical SEO and CMS optimization.
- Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, and web hosting environments.
- Comfort with DNS setup, zone files, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with automation tools like n8n, Zapier, etc.
- Proven ability to integrate APIs and deploy LLM-based systems.
- Solid grasp of Google Ads, GA4, and performance tracking.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and system management skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Webflow and visual web builders.
- Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools.
- Understanding of CRM and email automation tools like Brevo.
- Exposure to CDPs or attribution tools.
